Does Ashe's Frost Shot/Frozen Mallet apply to Tiamat? I'm such a wicked theory crafter.
Doubt it.
I don't like midding, which is why I lane with Ashe. I tend to end up as the person who consistently slows or ults into team fights so the "real carries" (in their words) can get kills...I don't really like it, but that's the only way I fit into my "friends'" (I use this word loosely) team setup. And I hate solo queue enough to deal with it...
Why would someone build something other than crit on someone who's only way of dealing damage is through attacks that can crit? (Tryndamere) There's simply no reason not to..
Shen is a pretty good jungler, but he's better in the lane.

Tiamat does not apply on hit effects. ONLY damage splashes.
@Bard
Ashe is the best carry in the game with teammates that protect you. In normal/soloQ you're better off with stronger carries than have less utility.

Searz, imma go AP Ashe just for you, just so I can finish you off at half health with that epic arrow across the map just as you are about to get a pentakill with Urgot <3
Building Tiamat on Ashe would be making her a support rather then a carry. Which reminds me that I think I am still high.
