It should be nerfed on lvl 2 and 3 but nerfing on lvl 1 just ruined the skill... it has a slightly better range than Caitlyn Q atm with HUUUUUUUGE cd compared to this Q. Deals more or less same damage...
But it doesn't have a global enemy sight reduction and dash, does it?
