This is build advertising. Not allowed.
I will also state that Twitch should focus on crit.
Not having Banshee's Veil is also pretty fail. Very important item on squishies.

Wrong Searz.
Although you are allowed to link to your builds in this particular forum section, you are still not allowed to blatantly advertise. This section is here so that you can ask for help on your build - specific questions. Theory crafting help, bbcode help, guide ideas, etc...
He is asking specific questions, this is fine.

Looks like he's asking for places where he could improve the guide, just without using the question marks.

The purpose of Shen is to flip out and kill people.

Not a single specific question. If he wants to ask something specific like what item or masteries are good he can do that without any problems. (he shouldn't even include a link unless absolutely necessary)
But this is clear advertising. If he wants criticism he can just PM someone who's knowledgeable on the subject.

WHAT IS TWITCH, HOW DO YOU PLAY HIM IN RANKED. HURR.
Anyways, Heal is strong early game, but it is easily outshined by other spells mid-late game like Cleanse, Exhaust, Flash, the whole shabang. Late game, it just dosen't heal as much as you want it to. Trust ME. 20-25% of Twitch's health is nothing. Later into the game, Exhaust/Cleanse/Flash will save more than 20-25% of Twitch's HP. It will save you from a full team focus on Twitch.
Regarding rushing Madred's Bloodrazors, it's fine to an extent. I do it sometimes in ranked games too. It just depends on the enemy team. If 3/5+ of them are Tanky DPS, it's a good pick up. If not, pick up some AD items and some attack speed.

The goal certainly wasn't to advertise...at 70 views per day its definitely one of the least effective methods of doing so.
However, I'm also not getting much constructive criticism either, so this thread may as well be dead.
Was simply looking for input from those that have been around longer than I have, and are more experienced in making guides.

Please read the guide and give feedback. Please dont just look at the item build or the summoner abilities and make up your mind, please read the comments and explanations I give first before you make a decision on it. Trying the build out is even better!
The main concerns have hinged on my choice of Heal as a summoner ability, and rushing Madred's Bloodrazor.
Heal fixes Twitchs' squishiness early game (provided there is no ignite on you), and allows for consistent first bloods and other early game kills. At end game it still heals for 20-25% of Twitches health and with the mastery it gives 250 health to nearby champs.
Madred's Bloodrazor has a lot of benefits, but the key imo, is the 4% damage on the passive. With capped attack speed, thats an additional 10% of the targets health per second on top of the damage you're already doing. Sure it takes more health off a high hp champion, but that additional 10% / second is a big bonus regardless of what champion you're murdering.
Thanks in advance for all your help and support. The goal of this post is to improve my build for my personal gain, as well as anyone else that comes across it needing a reference point.
