If you're wondering what laning setup, the current EU meta is;
1 Tank(y DPS) soloing top
2. Tank(y DPS) jungling
3. AP carry/caster mid
4. Support babysitting carry @ bot.
Ergo, something like;
1. Galio solo-laning.
2. Trundle jungling.
3. Vladimir soloing mid.
4. Kog'maw being babysat by Zilean at bot.
As for the US meta, I don't really know it that much myself, to my great shame, but I reckon it's something like, jungling tank(y DPS), top-laning AP/AD carry, mid-laning AD/AP carry, tank(y DPS) being babysat @ bot.

Zilean is not a good babysitter, but you got the general setup.

Zilean isn't a good babysitter, but he's an incredibly babysitter for Kog'maw in particular, because of his low mobility - Zilean's early-game bombs provide space for Kog'maw to farm in, while the speed de/buffs increases his super-low mobility during the laning phase. Admittedly, better supports could be had, I just spewed something out as an example.
