You forgot the worst Con this build have, and the reason this build isn't in any way "viable" - Magic Damage will eat you up.

Too much focus on damage compared to how bad an AD champ alistar really is.

Far better to build him either a off-tank, support or perhaps.. just perhaps - AP Burst.
AD is the worst possible way to build him.

Really hard guide to use, but I bet this one works really well so I'll vote for yes! If Alistar is slow for this guide, should I maybe get some speed quiants?

really nice build.
i already use something similar , so try to add in a Tiamat so you hit all of the enemies with each hit, it's really helpful in 1v3-5 situations.

Again thanks for keeping me updated on your builds. This is a very good build for Alistar. I went 16-1-7 with it. Your item explanations are lacking but over all its good. What happened to the Eve build?
