Introduction
THE STORY
As the mightiest warrior to ever emerge from the Minotaur tribes of the Great Barrier, Alistar defended his tribe from Valoran's many dangers; that is, until the coming of the Noxian army. Alistar was lured from his village by the machinations of Keiran Darkwill, General Boram Darkwill's youngest son, and commander of the Noxian expeditionary force. When Alistar returned, he found his village burning and his family slain. Bellowing with rage, he charged an entire regiment of Noxus's elite, slaughtering them by the hundreds. Only the intervention of some of Noxus's most skilled summoners checked Alistar's rage. Brought in chains to Noxus, Alistar spent the intervening years as a gladiator in the Fleshing, pitted in endless battle for the entertainment of Noxus's wealthy leaders.
Alistar's once noble soul slowly became twisted, and he would have been driven to insanity if not for Ayelia, a young servant girl who befriended him and eventually arranged for his escape. Suddenly free, Alistar joined the newly formed League of Legends to fight as a champion, hoping to one day exact his final vengeance upon Noxus and find the girl who had renewed his hope. Initially unwilling to cater to his celebrity status as a champion, Alistar has since discovered that there is power in fame, and he has become a vocal advocate for those whom the Noxian government treads upon. He also calls to light things that the Noxian military would prefer remain hidden -- something that has made him very unpopular with Noxus's nobles. His charitable work has earned him several philanthropic awards, which serve as an interesting contrast to the rage and destruction he brings to the League of Legends.
If you intend to grab the bull by the horns as a summoner, Alistar might have something to say about that.''
Greater Mark Of Desolation- I get this for two simple reasons. 1: I already have nine of them. 2: It allows me to do more damage directly to my enemy. If you don't have these and you have the money I would get some more health marks.
Greater Seal Of Vitality- Alistar has amazing HP already but what could some more hurt. This increases you damage because of Atma's passive of converting 2% of you max HP into attack damage. Once you get Atma's having the extra HP from this rune will help you to get kills until late game when you get Infinity and Bloodthirster.
Greater Glyph Of Vitality- Alistar has amazing HP already but what could some more hurt. This increases you damage because of Atma's passive of converting 2% of you max HP into attack damage. Once you get Atma's having the extra HP from this rune will help you to get kills until late game when you get Infinity and Bloodthirster.

I focused more on Defensive masteries for the dodge, health, and armor. You can focus on offensive masteries it works out O.K. but I prefer mine in defensive. If you put your points in offensive, sure you would do more damage but you survivability would be reduced. I think it's more important to have that survivability instead of the extra attack. That way you can be even more tanky allowing you to compete better with tanky DPS's like Garen or Jarvan. This is also helpful because every team needs a tank and when you are playing with matched players you don't always have a tank. But if you have defensive mastery points you can be the tank.
You start off with
Doran's Blade for the attack damage, life steal, and health. You will sell this item when you buy
Bloodthirster. That's all I'm putting in tonight I will finish this build either tomorrow or on Mother's Day if I'm not to busy.
- Alistar is slow so he needs these to catch people and to get away. That's really the only reason I have for this lol.
- This is the bread and butter of this build. It takes 2% of Alistar's max HP and converts it into attack damage. Since Alistar naturally has high HP this is already good but when you throw in a
Frozen Mallet you get a great AD boost.
- Since this is a tanky AD build this item is a no brainer. It gives you 80 attack damage and 25% CSC.
- This is where the tanky part of this build comes in. I originally got this item just for the mana but the extra defense has save my life and allowed me to take very well. I have the name of this item. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE A HEART!!!!!!!
- Another no brainer. 100 (full stack) attack damage and 25% life steal (full stack).

HEAD ON CHARGE

Charge you enemy with you in the lead, if you are the tank if not tank goes first. Use you ult for extra defense and damage. While you a in the middle use

GOOD POSITIONING

You need to have good positioning, preferably behind the enemy, for this way to work out. When your team is running at the enemy pick either the enemy carry or squishy and
