dude, right at the top of the guide maker is allll the info...once you choose the champion, you select items, runes, masteries...

Oh, I see what you're getting at. He's using the Mastery planner. You don't do that.
You put it straight into the build. Only use the Mastery and rune planner for, I don't know, planning your stuff. You have to actually start making your guide and place the masteries in yourself.
