Rageblade could actually be good on rumble, but Nashor's Tooth is definitely not.

CDR on rumble is a nono. You're paying for something that will just make your spells shut down on you faster.
Though this might not really be a problem on the rumble you're building, it at least applies to normal rumble...

No, it's mostly for the fact that AS isn't important, neither is CDR and the MP5 is just useless. The item just hardly provides anything..

CDR on rumble = total fail
AD on rumble = fail
AP on rumble = gooood
Mres/Armor on rumble = good
HP on rumble = ok.
Rageblade gives you AS and AD which all in all isnt that good as it might seem.
It is way better to stick to the pure AP instead of AD since on overload you will get AD based from your AP anyway and if you are not overloaded you will mostly deal damage via spells = AP.
