19/1/10 is nothing so unusual on Annie.
The reason on K/D ratio and W/L ratio has nothing to do if you play caster.
You are superior killer but you are not the best tower pusher.
Game is about getting towers down not having stats of 19572892/0/159725 :)
My friend plays Annie/Anivia and ends up nearly always at 10+/0-3/10+ stats (unless he is totaly doped). And he plays solo 5v5s mostly coz his playtimes are sick (4am - 6am?).
HE is happy about the 40% AP in recent patch for sure if he mains Annie.

"Champions will now use the higher of their bonus attack damage or 40% of their ability power when dealing bonus damage to towers"
Before that you could be a super mega fed caster with 50/0/50 and 1000AP and still couldnt do jack **** to towers = no win. Now they balanced this piece a little bit :) So pr0 caster players realy enjoyed that change.

yeah he said somthing about casters couldn't carry or somthing before the patch, but they can carry now, doing more damage to turrets he still have a crazy ratio with every champ I saw in his ranked profile though but annie is his best he plays morgana very well too 18-0-12 in one of his recent games

we played a full premade with full vent with him and he went 19/1/10. Never seen a better annie. I don't get it how does he have such a bad record with such a good kill/death ratio. so much talent wasted. Even if i played annie i wouldn't be able to do that ;P
threw this one in for laughs, 4 of them lagged out when we killed them. Apparently 4 of them were lanning at a lan center. they all dced at the same time. then we pushed mid, urgot was the only one there. I felt like i didn't deserve the win, but w/e ;P
