Yea now that I look it is a little UP.
How about, 5/6/7 attacks, and instead of increasing crit chance, what about 25%/30%/35% crit damage? since it seems you would kinda build him crit anyways :x

The leveling thing sounds good to me.
But I would prefer a little more damage then.
Then it would be like:
R - Decapitating Strikes
Rraun enrages, dealing double damage for the next 5/6/7 attacks. Also his Critical Strike Damage increases by 30%/35%/40% percent.
This Ability has a duration of 15 seconds. The double damage and crit bonus is gone after 5/6/6 attacks (depending on level) or at the latest after 15 seconds, not depending on how many attacks Rraun did in this time.
Better now, I think.
Seems good.

Now Concluding, from what we've changed:
Rraun, the Crow Warrior
Melee
Bruiser
Support
Passive - Bloodshed
Rraun charges his blades by killing enemy units.
Gaining 1 stack from minions and 2 from chapion kills. (Max 10)
Every stack point will increase the damage output of his abilities by the stack amount in %.
1 - 1%
2 - 2%
3 - 3%
...
His blades, are empty after he uses an ability.
Q - Master Throw
Rraun throws one of his swords in a line forward to hit an enemy unit. Minions are ignored by that.
On hit, the enemy Champion starts bleeding for 60/100/150/190/230 + (0,3) Physical damage.
Also the enemy is slowed by half of the amount of missing life in % for the duration of the effect. (Example: 25% missing hp = 12,5% slowdown of movement speed).
Cost 30/50/70/90/110 life
This effect lasts 4 seconds.
W - Power run
Rraun charges forward, dealing 70/110/150/200/240 + 0,5 Physical damage to all enemy units standing in his way. If he hits an enemy champion, the champion is struck to the ground for 1.5 seconds.
If Rraun hits an allied champion, the pushes him away for 400 range. (Similar to Alistars Headbutt). It does no damage to allied champions though, but it can keep them away and save their *** in fight.
Cost 30/40/50/60/70 life
E - Defensive stance
Passive: Rraun's dodge rate increases by 5/7/9/11/13 %.
Active: Rraun changes his stance, which makes him harder to hit for 8 seconds. Instead of doing lots of damage, he shields himself using his two swords.
His Magic Resistance / Armor increases by 10/12/14/16/18 %. Although his attack damage is reduced by the same amount.
Cost 20/30/50/60/70 life
R - Decapitating Strikes
Rraun enrages, dealing double damage for the next 5/6/7 attacks. Also his Critical Strike Damage increases by 30%/35%/40% percent.
This Ability has a duration of 15 seconds. The double damage and crit bonus is gone after 5/6/7 attacks (depending on level) or at the latest after 15 seconds, not depending on how many attacks Rraun did in this time.
Cost 75/100/125 life

Just out of curiosity, does activating his ult or E remove all his stacks on his passive?
Also, just because he has a re-positioning tool for an ally, doesn't mean he should be labeled as support. I like the slow on the DoT though.

Right, his Passive is reset always, when he uses an ability. In other words, it's reset, every time you push a button.
So you think, we should remove the "Support" attribute?
I found it just interesting to have such an ability. You can push your allies out of the way or you can just push them away, if they are running away. It could also be useful at hunting someone down.
What do you think?
