[/quote] XP I'm sorry for making this so off XP I just had to when I saw the new system for it. Cloak and Dagger would be correct. For those who don't get it, a synonym of persistant is tenacious. Tenacity is the state of being tenacious. AND, Tenacity is the replacement for CC reduction on Mercury's Tread, with Tenacity also showing up on 3 other items. Now, seeing as Tryndamere likes it, it had to be the Cloak and Dagger. The bonded part also reinforces that, seeing as, if you read the JoJ, the Cloak and Dagger and bonded together.
