Why can't I change my votes? Is it a bug? Because I honestly do not like votes being final. This encourages votes from ******s and discourages votes from people who actually can criticize the guide.

99,9% sure it's a bug. Just doesn't sound like Matt to make something like that final in any way.

I, too, have encountered this problem. Every single build that I look at says that I have already voted on it even if it is a build that I have never seen before. I am not allowed to vote at all.

It's a problem with the server shift and Matt will fix it. There's a lot on his plate right now.
