EU is simply better. In the US I keep finding leavers/noobs in practically every game. I'm lvl 7.
But all jokes aside, remember that we have a 7h time zone difference. When we're playing LoL you are waking up. It'll be a bit hard for you to join us.
I get about 180-200 at US servers. It's not very bad. I've got a bad connection anyway :/

I don't get bad ping on EU servers. To me so far it's not very different (I'm level 9 or something) I just play on EU for the people I know. It's nice at least because it forces you to learn some more free champs rather than just play the ones you know, and I like buying champs I don't own on US.
