I think I may have found a voting bug, I am visiting guides i am 100% positive I have never been to before and it is saying that I already voted on them. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

It's a known bug. Suggest you read through the other threads before making a new one :)

Voting bugs and publish bugs (yes, we mods do poke Matt about these things as well, but it's not our job ;)) are highly prioritized. And no I do not know an estimate, sorry.
