And no I play a tankier WW that focuses on some procs and lifesteal...I love Wriggles on WW just for the lifesteal combined with his passive and Starks. But it's a bit verbatim with MBR. As I recall my build went like this, though it's been a long time:
Starks > Boots > MBR > Malady/Wriggles (loved it when it had lifesteal) > Black Cleaver > Defensive item

Your Q heal depends on damage. You simply need damage more than CDR.

Madreds + Wits End = OMFG ult damage still. Just gives you more MR and survivability now while doing the same damage.
Edit: Never tried malady, though I've been tempted to lately just to see how it does.
Edit Edit: Sorc boots are definitely great for WW. Makes your Q penetrate more and it affects madreds/wits AFAIK.
