WW doesnt need CDR he gets all he needs from masteries/blue buff. Mpen is way more important. (even if you go tankwick you probably go for bloodrazor anyway and you still Q as often as possible). so i alwats take Sorc boots.

I tend to build razors, then sorc shoes, then MBR, spirit visage, then some lifesteal (usually bloodthirster) and then more defense. Wriggle's is on my "don't get" list.

I find it very useful, but I do occasionally get Stark's instead.

I have to agree that BT is a bad item overall... I am testing out with good results the Hextech Gunblade on all champs that i was getting BT on. It is more costy but i think also way better. Unless you are fed and unkillable.

Nah, I actually think the recent 200gold reduction (buff) made it a decent item. It's not all that good though. I really hope they remove the whole "lost on death" deal (and/or change the item a bit).

Speaking of Hextech Gunblade and Madred's Bloodrazor... I have no idea about this but... does the spell vamp work with MDR proc?

No.
SV works only on the activate parts that deal magic/true damage.

Bloodrazor is a proc (so is Malady, Wits and so on) and that is a passive proc.
