I love rumble! I hadn't thought about building him this way, gonna give it a try today. PS-You have two boots in your build.
How observant of you.
You sell one end game and buy another -IF YOU NEED CCR more than dogde.-
Yeap, it's a fun way to play him. It allows you to be tanky and such, and turns you into a slowing machine.
Also, when you over heat, you'll be doing quite a lot of damage to most targets even with just your auto attacks.
