Helped me a lot.. keep up the good work!
Thanks!
I don't like the glass cannon Zileans cause hey.... he is a support champ. It's ridiculous not this guide has the highest score.
Good job mate! :)
You have gotten this idiot to see Zilean's full potential.
Either way this guide and your Kogmaw guide have given me two powerful champions.
Something to note, your Signature still has your "Survivable AS/Mpen Carry" description for Kogmaw; even though you edited the guide to an AD carry. (now if only I was more attentive during games...) Great Guide Mate
good in depth guide zilean is a fun 2 play support that can get kills!
yesterday i bought zilean and did 2 games with him first score 5/0/21
second score 3/0/34 i was a good support :D thank you for the guide!
@ Toastz - Sorry to hear, I have heard of that problem but not experienced it myself.
@ Ballfire - Awesome! Glad it's working for you and you're having fun. :)
@ Bizmark - Great! Flash + ignite is a good combo, especially if you're going a more ap oriented nuker role, or playing normals where you don't need CV.
Great guide, very similar to how I play Zil. Just a small tidbit I noticed in spell rotation. You say to buff an ally with a stun to get him there quickly. Most stuns are 2.5 or shorter AFAIK. In my experience to slow the enemy since its a minimum of 2.5 anyways. Then your other CC's can get there, maybe even more than one. I will choose to speed an ally in one case though. If its just me and an ally vs a quick enemy (Master Yi for example.) I'll buff the ally and when it comes off CD slow the enemy. For me it's always about getting the largest potential out of one button. That being said, make sure you don't bother with Yi, Olaf, or any of those other disable proof jerks unless you know they can't ult.
Good point, though I was assuming that you were not in range to slow the enemy and that your team was trying to catch up. Buffing an ally to go finish a fleeing enemy works well when they're low on health or the ally has a stun so that the rest of the team can catch up.
Always slow the enemy rather than speed allies if they are in range.
Finished 5/2/20 - was laning with Garen against katarina + Healer. We dominated them, and got 2/3 kills out of the lane.
I played flash+Ignite die to ignite with double time bomb, was very effective at bursting down HP during a garen spin.
