Awesome build :D But i would just like to say that if u try this build in 3v3 boots or a dorans ring would be a lot better since vampiric scepter is useless for fb. :)

This build is amazing with lots of gunblade. The other thing I found incredibly useful is any time you farm wraiths or wolves, drop a mushroom there and it kills them the moment they respawn. this is incredibly handy for farming, and it also means you get some bonus health from spell vamp every time too. You get a ton of versatility from this build and with spellvamp on top of the lifesteal you tend to get around thornmail too. it's a perfect combination of DPS and AP teemo. and I loved going 34/5/4 with 3 quad kills and 9 solo turrets for the carry.

on a side note... if you're getting fed early, skip boots and build a phantom dancer instead... it's broken. the point of building boots is the mobility and they're efficient, but if you've got all the gold you chould want, go all in and use it.

I love this build but I do a second gunblade instead of bloodthister.
