Don't agree with some of the masteries, esp greed. Your skill order is kinda backwards, you definately don't need a point in condemn first. This build offers little to no survivability, you dont use any defensive glyphs, no defensive masteries, and theres only 1 defensive item in your core build, and its the last thing you get.

Dont use Greed in your masteries, it's not worth it mathmatically;
1 gold per 10 sec
60 sec= 6 gold
games are about 30-40 mins so i'll say about 35 mins
6(gold)*35(mins)= 210 gold throughout game. Instead, substitute it for Utility Mastery

Too much crit for my taste, not enough focus in Tumble and not enough early game survivability, and flash is much better than exhaust in my opinion, since she can chase anyone quickly, and flash gives her a boost in that along with a quick get away.
