I see no problems here. Good build, imo

Vamp Scept actually works just fine. It's used to help stay in mid. As long as your last hitting for days, you will do GREAT. Plus, at level 2 when you get Silver Bolts, on the third hit, you will lifesteal a lot for a low level (especially if you tumbled) I'll explain the BF sword being second in the guide later. But just so you know, my build will say only to go for it if you can buy it on your first time back, otherwise if you died or returned to base, you will have to skip that step and go straight for boots and sheen, in which case you just follow the rest of the item sequence as shown. I'm a little iffy about Doran's blade only because its less life steal and I feel that that is crucial when under 6. At level 6 you should've already gotten a kill. If not, you still should have enough money to buy a BF Sword if you farmed well enough. Then you can go for a kill with ease at level 6 due to the huge bonus in attack damage from it. If you get a kill, boom, Bloodthirster. If not, just stay alive by killing creeps and stealing tons of life. Black Cleaver is great. I do agree. But I couldn't really fit it anywhere. I guess if you really want to, you could get it instead of Phantom Dancer but Phantom Dancer is a great Utility Item that combos well with the other items in the build.


EDIT: I added The Black Cleaver as another item to the build because your build got me thinking about it.

Vamp Scept should never be a first item, you wont nearly take advantage of it as you would mid or late game, thats why you take doran's blade.

Doran's Blade will give you hp, dmg, and lifesteal! much more viable starting item then the scepter!
