I tell them exactly what they need to do (what a leash is, and that they should only hit it once or twice then leave and go back to lane) before they do it so this doesn't happen, if they fail that, then the blame cannot be placed on me because I did not omit information.

get to level 30, I assume your playing with low levels..
Dont ask for help, warwick is a strong and safe jungler who can start out at even wraiths (not sure of the routes, but you can look it up)

This usually happens to me when i'm only playing with 30s (like yesterday - the veigar situation)... and yes i'm lvl 30 too.
Most times I don't ask for help, sometimes they go there to protect and/or leash on their own... sometimes I ask for the leash not for the help itself but just to speed things up and/or minimizing damage taken (since it's no loss for the one in mid if done right/fast).
This is prolly a side-effect from solo queuing... =\
Everyday I think people can't get any more stupid, everyday I am proven horribly wrong.

Remember that and know that the only thing you can do that is productive is mute them and move on. You can't fix stupid, no matter how much you try.

I have often wished that I was able to invent something that would allow me to slap/punch/stab/shoot people through the internet. If you figure out a way to start purging ***hats and stupid, my life savings is yours.
That's why you pick a jungler that doesn't need a leash.
You get less ****-ups then.

I pick Warwick and tell the team i'm gonna go jungle and sometimes I ask for leashing (or mid volunteers to do so)... And suddently they (i've had times that top and mid players) stay there till the golem dies. Making me get only 30% of lvl 1 instead of the full lvl as it's supposed.
This obviously screws up my jungling speed/route and I usually end up going into a vicious cycle of mistakes (and/or unable to go gank as soon as I should). On top of it all, I still get comments like "you suck" or the usual "******" cause i'm jungling/leveling slower than I should.
Last night I even told our veigar to move out but he just ignored me... I ended up bursting up in rage (happened 2 games in a row) and sending out some random insults at him and explaining him the importance of the jungler getting full xp... all that just to get an answer like "i don't care" (and later be called noob for slower jungle/leveling speed)
How do you guys react to this kind of situation? What's the best approach to take and/or how to recover from the lost speed at start?
