Oh god... +1 for the idea.. but..... against competent opponents a bloodrazor will just MURDER you.
The biggest problem with stacking up health is the fact that enemies can just follow a core build they have planned out and not build situational. I've seen it far too many times, no DFG or BR.. makes me cry.
An organized team would really ignore you due to your lack in damage (but still control you), and finish you off for last when you have no ultimate.

Not a very good item path. Kayle needs her AP/AD items and can't spend money on a Warmog..

I had no issues with money or no damage output, I actually had about the same AP/AD numbers I usually have (around 250-300 in both)...they couldn't manage to kill me without two of them, since no one seemed to have the gold to get a DFG or Bloodrazor. I easily got a warmog's and an atma's, because I actually got completely ignored. The only problem I had was the attack speed more than the damage and the Guinsoo's fixed that.
The damage output was a teeny bit less, but it took me standing in the midst of all 5 of them (and dealing quite a bit of righteous fury splash damage in the process) to kill me once I had the RoA.

I'm sorry, but I don't want to spend my time explaining why it's bad. It's almost common sense imo..

maybe you should try it? lol
EDIT: By the way, I just wanted to figure out a tank Kayle build, but this actually trumps every normal build I've seen tbh...Sort of like Sivir with Atmog's maybe it's weird but it really does work.

you lack important damage output... and if the enemy team knows who to focus properly and harass you from getting a decent gold rush in the laning stages.. your pretty much screwed. Kayle already has great survival with her range and ultimate, making yourself so tanky will just make you an uninteresting punching bag in teamfights.
BUT...... if its working for you, don't change.

I'm gonna give you the most simple explanation there is on this subject:
Kayle should gear into AD and AP because she gets EXTRA VALUE from those stats.
HP is not a necessity in any way..

A friend had commented on a tank Kayle build he had used but couldn't remember and I was trying to recreate it. The only reason for the HP was because I was trying to work out a tank build that would still have some damage output, (in both physical and magical) and this was the result. I'm not saying it will beat a true hybrid build (I know it won't), but as a Hybrid-Tank build it works really well.
