Hey! nice build really good, instead of meki pendant, I recoment Dorans ring, you get 5 mana regen, i know its 2 points less than meki but really?? you also get the extra health, extra one hundred hitpoints as well as + 15 ability, i think its worth it for a bit extra gold and 2 mana resto points!!

This is probably the best guide I have seen for ashe, but I can recommend some improvements.

Ashe is my favorite, and my main toon (along with heimer). I maintain 75% wins when I play ashe.

My relevant end game stats:
2.1 attack speed, 300+ AD, 93% crit chance, 268% crit damage. (I'm putting out 700-900 dmg crits 2.1 times a second).

My recommended improvements:
Talent build: I go 23/6/1. The 23 picking up all the usuals but I get improved exhaust instead of the AP talent. The 6 in defense for improved magic resist and armor, and the 1 in utility for increases heath and magic regen.

Summoner Spells: Flash and Exhaust. I get these on pretty much every single hero I play now, they are amazing. Flash really helps ashe get away from ganks and kite those who close on her. They get on you, you flash away, frost volley slow them and go run or kill them as they reclose. Exhaust, SO amazing. Heroe's expect to jump ashe and go toe to toe...exhaust and watch them do less damage. The slow from exhaust has helped me get out of countless situations. This is for all heroes, not just ashe.

Items: Start with Doran's blade and go for +20% attack speed boots first.
Then Edge >> Phantom Dancer >> Bloodthirster >> Phantom Dancer >> Black Cleaver.

When leveling, make sure to put one talent in hawkeye at level 4 or 7, then wait to level that last. 1 talent is a big help, scout the woods before killing minions, or when you push a lane too far, scout woods to see if enemy coming to gank you.

COMBAT TIPS:
Stay back, ashe really performs best when the last one to the fight. Ashe is pretty weak. Get to the fight when it's chaotic and people have already used openers. Come in blazing with ult, frost volley and start picking off those with low hp or their softies. Ashe should not be initiating fights unless with her ult from farther back.

Dont be afraid to let Ult arrows fly. Ashe's ult cooldown is short. I shoot arrows from base often, and rarely, but sometimes, I get a kill, often I get an assist. Shoot the arrow down a lane, you'll stun a low enemy and your teammates laning will finish them off and congratulate you on the nice shot. Time you get back to your own lane, your cooldown is almost back up and you have the mana back from the fountain as you returned from base. Its a free shot, might as well take it.

Stay at the edge of fights and pick off those on the outsides. With bloodthirster you can lifesteal yourself health back through stray and AOE damage, but dont let big bursty heroes be able to attack you. Stun em with ult, and kill them before they are unstunned.

Runes:
I stack + crit damage for quintessences, marks and seals. Glyphs I stick with the Cooldown reduction per level ones. It's a bit slow at first, but pays off well when you get the 93% crit (or more). Runes can get you over +20% damage, that's pretty sweet as you will be critical striking every shot with your items.

awesome build! havin the meki and philosopher rly helped me lane a whole lot longer in my recent 3v3, rather than starting w/ a scepter or dagger. ^_^

I have been aiming towards this build since level 1. It's nice so far. I guess I'll see what happens when I reach 30. I'll keep you posted.

if the game lasts long enough for you to get every item on here, you pretty much have the enemy team cowering in fear, it'll take at least 3 of them at once to kill you. emphasis on the AT LEAST.

EDIT: btw, upgrading the pendant to the malice helps abit, ESPECIALLY in early lanign stages, after you get your boots, it lets you lane longer, turrent hug while healing if you must.

I downvoted for a few reasons:

1) You did not even get one level of Hawk Shot early game and that is a complete mistake. Hawk Shot is a free ward for about ten seconds. It reveals nearby brush, dragon, blue, red and tells of any impending ganks.

It also gives gold per minion kill as it's passive.

One level of Frost Shot is enough to slow any champion enough for Ashe to catch up once she has Boots of Swiftness and one Zeal. You're wasting Ashe's potential as a scout by leveling up Frost Shot when it's not necessary.

A good team will ask, "Ashe, hawk Baron!", "Ashe, check Dragon!", "Ashe, is Blue Buff safe for me to get?"

With your skill set, you are useless in terms of utility. I don't understand how this guide got such a good rating.

Such a severe flaw.

2) Meki Pendant does not upgrade into philosopher's stone. This is an outdated guide.

3) You have the Summoner Spell Heal on Ashe.

+1 for that great guide :) I absolutely agree with these runes :) And item build is very good, too... But i bought in the end Nashor's blade :P. I make 400 crit with 2.500 attack speed :) and Ashe slows champions so they can't escape :)
