Starting out jungling with fiddle and this build seemed the smoothest. Sorry aboot all the guys that cant seem to find anything except the downvote button.

i like your fear and Rylai's. You slow and fear so the Enemy need to move realy fast or is he dead.

Pretty much how I play him, atleast Identical masteries ;)

one thing though, I prefer to actually max terrify pretty early to get MUCH stronger ganks when I hit level 4-5 or so. Then picking up rank 2 in drain around level 6-8 ^^
