I'm thinking it's just that sig that Potaris has.
I see it occasionally but, it goes away after the page finishes loading usually.

I'm just implying that the post with that sig is the one where I see it glitch most often is all.

I don't think so.
Looks at Jebus' sig right below. The text goes past where Potaris' stops so, it can't be that directly.
