And it really does deserve more attention.
VS tanks I agree, but if you aim to kill carries, then pure damage is better.
Your first attack doesnt require AS. Tumble will reset your auto attack timer. and Condemn is an ability. With the right item build you will deal roughly 2k damage on a simple rotation without actually taking AS into consideration.
Offcourse going to kill tanks you need a well balanced build of both AD and more AS due to her bonus damage on 3rd hits. So its all about what the enemy team is having as champions and how they build themselves.
I think that AS is always strictly better, because you already have your ult to deal good damage to carries, as well as pinning them to walls (if you can) with condemn. When you activate your ultimate and Sword of the Divine, you gain plenty of AD and armor pen (which is comperable to AD) to take out carries. Yes if the enemy team is made of like 5 DPS then ad might be better, but almost every team has 2-3 tanks/tanky dps. I'd say AS is always superior against realistic teams
Good guide bro. AS vayne is the way to go. Melts people

But this build shows I have to stay away from Vayne for sure. Or at least away from walls!
Short but effective build if you want to try out Vayne.
From the skill sequence you should add.
- Activate Ultimate.
- Engage the fight, auto attack once.
- Tumble (making the enemy stand between you and a wall) attack 2nd time.
- Condemn. Triggering Silver Bolt because its your 3rd consecutive attack as well as pinning your enemy in a wall. Dealing roughly 2k damage within 2 seconds after dooming out of the forest.
Or
- Ultimate...
- Tumble out of the forest invisible
- Run around the enemy.
- Condemn into a wall
- Auto attack to death.
Its death to any squishy with a simple spell rotation.
