now i want to ask you if my choices are right.First of all about ap champs:
marks: 9 marks of insight=8.55MrP
seals: 5 seals of clarity=0.325manaregen/per5s per lvl
4 seals of replenishment=1.64manaregen/per5s
all these give me 2manaregen/5s in the first level
glyphs:5 glyphs of force=0.85AP/per lvl
4 glyphs of potency=4AP
all these give me 4.85AP in the first lvl
quints:3 quints of potency=15AP or 3 quints of force=+1.29AP per lvl ( lvl 18 + 7.74)
Now all these runes cost 12.300Ip.I used only mrp marks beacuse i think it will benefit mroe my casters and i dont hink it needs more mrp because i will also be benefit by thearchaic knowledge in my masteries (15% MrP).But i dont know if i should buy 3 quints of potency or 3 quints of force.The first gives me a good boost for my early game [ +15AP ] but the second gives me more AP in the late game [ at lvl 18 +31AP ].So do you think that my choices are right and if they are then which quints should i prefer?

They're about equally good on most champions, but on junglers MR/lvl is better so MR/lvl is more versatile.

GP10 quints aren't that good. They work on most champions, but they're weaker than other quints.
I think they would be very good if they were buffed to 1.5 gold per 5 sec from 1 per 5 sec.

Most is fine.
For casters you'll want:
MrP marks.
MP5 seals. (usually flat)
Flat CDR glyphs.
Flat AP quints.
