I see you recommend both flat CD glyphs and CD/lv.
You already get 9% CD from masteries and an additional %15 from boots. (24% total) With Shurelya's Reverie its up to 39%. Now with the CD glyphs the easily exceeds the maximum 40%, putting your glyphs to waste. Is there a better option for glyphs if I plan on getting Shurelya's Reverie?
Basically, in what scenario would you get flat CD? CD/lv?
And since with Shurelya's Reverie (and CD glyphs) your CD% goes beyond the cap, should I even bother getting this item?

If it were me, I'd sell boots and buy Sorc Shoes.

As for Mejai's, I dislike getting stacking items on any champion. It's a huge bargain for stats you might not get. Having stacks may make you stronger, but it makes you more protective of your stacks, and unwilling to take risks, which you always are with Lich Bane.
Also,How come you dont get mejai's as if she not in the middle of the fight,but instead supporting with poking and damaging them from a distance.She would obtain either a kill or assist for stack's.
Wouldn't that be better than a rod of ages?
