I did check the forums, didn't see anything about it. Also messaged my friend, he said the same thing happened to his first game, but he got the second one just fine. I already e-mailed them about it.

Okay, so upon looking in the Account Management section and looking in Transaction History, it says that my purchases were successful, but I can't find it anywhere on my PS3. And I can't do anything from that screen that lets me re-purchase them.

im not 100% certain what it was. someone kept saying something about account manager on /v/ and alot of people got the help they needed. as i didnt need it i paid no attention to it.

Go to account management, then go to transaction management, then go to service list. After that, select SCEA Promotion and the get your other game :)
