Okay, so upon looking in the Account Management section and looking in Transaction History, it says that my purchases were successful, but I can't find it anywhere on my PS3. And I can't do anything from that screen that lets me re-purchase them.

Go to account management, then go to transaction management, then go to service list. After that, select SCEA Promotion and the get your other game :)
