This idea is plain awesome in my opinion. One of the coolest skillsets I've seen in a long time. I think you could up the damage a little bit. Just an example: Malphite's ultimate deals 300 (+100% AP), while this one deals 300(+50% AP). Since this champion seems somewhat like a caster, scaling only on AP, you could up the damage a bit. Unless the champion isn't a squishy caster.
Btw: Nashor's Tooth and W could be an evil combo xD

Her ultimate will actually deal 300/450/600 damage and has a 1:1 ratio... but the damage is split between two ticks, which means you can block half of it with a spell shield or Banshee's Veil or whatever else.
And her Q can deal up to 459.9 (210 + 147 + 102.9) damage with a .7665 AP ratio.
Also, reducing someone's sight range by 600 after attacking them six times isn't a lot. It's around half of someone's sight range. Nocturne's reduces sight ranges by around 70 or 80%.
I like the skillset, but the passive at level 18 requires 700 AP to do the same bonus damage as Lux's passive at level 18(plus illumination lasts 2 seconds longer). Tbh I think you should just change it completely because It's so similar to Lux's.

Lux's toggles once per skill; Alexis' can toggle up to 10 times per skill.
Lux is actually the one on the disadvantage here.

Ah ok, you might want to mention that.

Alexis deals 20/35/50 (+0.2:AP) bonus magic damage upon attacking a target hit by one of her skills in the last 4 seconds. (= the damage can be toggled infinitely during 4 seconds after a target is hit by one of her skills)
Q: Ricocheting Blast
Alexis summons a mirror at the target location that will fire a large magical arrow toward the target location (this skill is aimed like Rumble’s ultimate), dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+0.35:AP) magic damage to enemy units hit. If the arrow touches a wall or a placed mirror, it is reflected relatively according to the way it hit the wall or mirror. The arrow can be reflected up to 2 times. It will deal 30% less damage if it hits a target after being reflected by a wall.
W: Ray Breaking Shots
For 9 seconds, Alexis will place a stack of Mirror on an enemy champion upon attacking. If an enemy has 6 stacks of Mirror, their sight range will be decreased by 300/375/450/525/600 for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds.
E: Glimmering Flash
Alexis summons a mirror at her location and at the target location and teleports from one to another, then leaving the mirrors at their locations for 4 seconds. If an enemy champion enters in contact with one of the mirrors, they are stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
R: Glistening Rampage
Alexis perpendicularly places two wide magical mirrors in front of her. After a brief duration, a wall of arrows comes out of each mirror toward the other mirror, each dealing 150/225/300 (+0.5:AP) magic damage and pushing them toward the middle of the area.
Hmm?
