need rylais first. vs competent people you wont be able to Q and Q proc without the slow
also glass cannon builds on melee characters is really bad

My point as I'm saying in Items section is that often items depend on the situation.If there is a need, I'll buy earlier.I never said to build early in the game.I keep and later i choose between and .I said that I(if the game is going well) prefer to build before Rylai's, not before Rylai's.

I dont quite agree with getting rabadons and lich bane before rylai's. Akali needs to be more beefy early game, and the slow is needed as it increases her chasing ablities by a ton. Also, rushing lich bane isn't as effective early game because you will not have as much ability power as in late game; i think it wud be better to leave the sheen as it is and not upgrade to lich bane.
