For that money you get 30%AS. 30%AS is worth about 830gold. You get free stats for 255gold when buying TBC instead of LW. My opinion is that if you have a champion like Vayne that relies 99% of auto attacks you should buy TBC. On most other champions I would probably recommend LW though.[/quote]
