and @OP,

yea, Riot makes a lot of champions take a while to get so that you either play a lot or spend RP.

They wouldn't make it easier for you to buy runes and champs, then you would spend less time and money on them!

I'd not like to cut my hands off, I'll not be able to play like now.

OK, serious now. Maybe. I know my objective and wont buy anything else till I get Cassiopeia. Maybe I'll get 6300 but continue saving. There's a lot to discuss about it.
