but instead of when you click a bracket it shows the winners/losers site avatars and usernames, how about showing what champ they played, their ingame names, scores below that (and possibly items)
would be more informative and actually useful for people to click the brackets.

Well we added a comment section on match pages specifically so people could post all the match bans/picks/scheduling/results/screenshots in one place for the match, to keep the tournament page a little more clear and just for better records. So, definitely people can do that :)
However, having it in the database could provide some nice advantages and is worth a thought regardless!
