2 questions.
1.Why would you get mejai as an alternative? unless the oposing team is full of noobs, this wouldn't be viable because you would get focused too much.
2.If you have been last hitting to get mana back, why would you need a kage's lucky pick?
Actually one last question, how do you go in and survive with no defense? (besides hp)
To answer your first question, I actually have been using the second build for every game as it has proved to be more viable. It is very easy to get the stacks on mejais with his single target burst in combination with ignite and the assists from his ult will his ult will also be keeping me alive.
I have also already kind of answered your question about the kage's where i did notice that and is partly the reason why i like the second build better now.
