Sounds pretty good to me.
History is the fiction we invent to persuade ourselves that events are knowable and that life has order and direction. That's why events are always reinterpreted when values change. We need new versions of history to allow for our current prejudices.

Actually this is something I already wanted to do :) Polls are fun, and it would make it even more fun to just be able to browse them all, cast your votes and see results, without digging through the forums to find polls. Also a great way to get more votes in on your poll, as it won't sink as fast in a dedicated section. I like the idea, myself :)
