Mind you I've only played jungle udyr.
But for jungle udyr I go
ca +5 pots > Wriggles > Giant Belt > Chain Vest > Finish Warmog's > Finish Atma's > Get a MR Item
Udyr's mana problems are all solved with blue buff, but otherwise philio stone > eleisa's would be great on him. Also Wriggle's would still be great on Udyr for the sustain it gives him with philio stone while in lane.
