Also to kinda explain myself, the reason I don't get the crit damage from offense tree is simply cause I don't get Infinity Edge, Also with this setup (runes and masteries) you'll hit minions for close to 90 damage at lvl 1 making last hitting very very easy.
Getting an early Vampiric Scepter isn't a bad idea at all but I personally get an extra dorans blade if I don't win my lane which shouldn't be that hard with the base damage you get from runes and masteries.
