RoA gives 925 mana after 10 minutes, Archangels gives 1000 (totaling 1400) when fully charged. With 2325 mana you'll never have to b for mana.
For Anivia that's 3516 mana and 105 additional AP from Archangel's passive. Add in 145 AP and that's 250 AP and 3516 mana with some survivability from RoA's HP.
Throw in a deathcap and you have 527 AP and 3516 mana.

you dont understand , to be effective you need it to be charged , or anivia dont have particular ability to charge a tear so it will take ages to have decent ap with that
And is 2516 mana (non charged) enough? =P
That's about 76 AP.
The point is to have enough mana to sustain your ultimate, and be able to compensate for the cost of relocating it.
