Rushing an early Tear into a Manamune will basically give you infinite mana in lane and let you farm MUCH better. It's really not optional - Corki is one of the few champions that Manamune is simply excellent on. Always rush early Tear into Manamune, unless you're being so out-laned that you need Doran's Blades for the defense.
In terms of your second question, I would say that the first build is probably stronger if you can afford that B.F. Sword on your recall back, but I've personally never had any problems with the second build.

That is a BIG yes! Manamune is pure domination on Corki and later at level 6 allows him to spam hit ult+sheen combo for great long range harassment/damage/farming.
Feel free to +rep me if I helped you out in anyway :) It helps and motivates me to create more guides!

Haha, if you have Manamune+Sheen at level 6 then you're hacking. :P

I like D shield a lot on Corki.
Makes him really powerful. But I guess I play him with a bit of a twist :3

I'm currently trying to master corki since he caught my interest. However, i just can't decide wether to:
- build a manamune or not?
- build sheen > BC > banshees > T Force or build T Force > banshees > BC.
Any corki players have some advice on these questions?
Thanks ^^
