FAIL!
Is clear that this build have life steal, only no have lifesteal if you no made Hextech Gunblade.
Hextech Gunblade Stats:60 AD, 75 AP, 20 Life Steal <--Yes the build have life steal>, 25 Spell Vamp.
Yes Have Life Steal.
I just don't like "rushing" lifesteal, as it only forces you to push your lane, if you wanna benefit from the sustain. Midgame/Lategame, this item shines, cause you mindlessly push lane and towers.
Therefore I would never rush Gunblade, would much rather prefer to stack doran's blade or rings and such.

Didn't get your point there. What advantage do you have if you go for Phage/Trinity Force instead? It's not like it's hard to build, just go for Bilgewater Cutlass first and then finish it.
The reason I go for Trinity force is, that it has all the stats I need, the movement speed, EVERYTHING!
Hextech is mainly good for lategame, because of the pricing on the individual items, because when you are trying to build Bilgewater Cutlass, the AD you get is greater, but it will leave if you in a bad state, while you with Trinity force: build lowpriced items, that will slowly increase your overall strength. Also, I think you get a big advantage of the lifesteal/spellvamp while you lane, cause that means you are autoattacking minions and/or wasting mana on them, or you are taking from your own jungler. The reason I think it comes in handy endgame is, that you at that point can lifesteal from your own minions and push your lane+taking from the jungle.
All in all, the lifesteal/spellvamp becomes useful later on, TF's stats are more diverse, which is needed on Jax. I prefer Trinity force, come with your reason why I shouldn't take Trinity Force.
I have seen a lot of builds rush Hextech Gunblade, but I think that it is a terrible choice. Yes, it does give you some sustainability, and more staying power during laning, if you actually manage to finish it by then. But you can't take advantage of it, in 1v1 battles, if you meet enemies know how to get your ulti stacks off.
It is a good lategame choice, cause it gives you some AP and AD, and you can farm your health all the way up from jungles, instead of recalling. But I would absolutely not go for it early on.

But I don't want to force them to comment before they vote, unless it's a downvote :(

They explain it there on their forum.
