Okay, so I like roamer Twitch. Favorite way to play him. But, I think cv is a tad overkill. While I wish I had it at some times, the times where I'm glad I had exhaust/flash far outnumber it. Sure it's good for keeping track of junglers and such, but, let's be honest. It's a support SS and as such, it should be left up to the support to pick it up. I think cv is a great SS, just not in the top 3 for Twitch.

I think it's a step in the right direction at least. =P

P.S; even bots can easily focus down a Twitch with 100% damage.

I will offer my brief rebuttal, because I already know you won't be paying any mind regardless.

Twitch is not a champion who "dominate and harass every champ that passes in front of him."

Why?

Perhaps because Twitch is one of the squishiest champions in the entire game..? Until he has both ambush and expunge leveled up, he can't even deal effective damage. Until he has debilitating poison, he will not be able to chase or escape.

While Twitch is very squishy, he is also very Slow.

So how do we get around the fact that due to his inherent flaws, which make him a poor choice for a solo lane, as many (Most) popular solo lane champions simply beat Twitch in a 1v1, and he's only a decent duo laner?

Quite simply. We target the most vulnerable champions on the enemy team instead, and put ourselves in situations where we will have a slight or at times a great advantage.

This is counter jungling. Your summoners skills actually are designed to allow you to dominate and harass the enemy jungler.

Not lane.

If you want to be the guy who runs exhaust ignite on Twitch and play vrs bots all day, be my guest.

However, if you want to play at a higher level, with map awareness, and use strategies that work against real people, you might consider altering your imperfect and close minded play-styles.

Kaberos,I don't know what kind of low-Elo **** you play,but that's not LoL fyi.YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY CHARACTER WITH full op damage items.EVER.Doing that is downright stupid,because ANYONE(even bots) will focus you and nuke you down in...10 minutes ago(ok maybe not bots).You definitely need AT LEAST SOME survivability.+1,for God's sake,it's Dufftime :D.
