I think they mean that each skill gives 1 stack and it stacks up to ten times.
No, since it says lasts 4 seconds, that would mean you would have to cast 10 skills all 4 sec. apart with each other which unless you have OP cooldowns would be impossible/OP.
And he said 10, and max AS is 2.5; You can get 10 attacks off in 4 sec. with 2.5 AS, so I am pretty sure that is what he means xD

I like the idea of placing and using mirrors, similar to how you have to master positioning of the ball when playing orianna, although this sounds a tad more difficult. Although there seems to be some confusion on the specifics, you might want to simplify/revamp the abilities a bit
