I edited the build and decided to get Will of the Ancients last since the aura isn't really used if you're in mid lane. I just tried to make it easier to rush Rabadon's ASAP.

good build. i think it was good to use.

Pieson's saying good things, however I must say getting Rabadon before Rylai is really great and boosts Vladimir too much to avoid it.

honestly this vlad guide is pretty good. There are only a few small tweaks that I would bring up. First off, I usually level pool at 2 instead of E if I know that the other team has a roam or a strong early gank (nunu or shaco jungle, for example).
Also, I wouldn't suggest upgrading the revolver to a will of the ancients unless you have other champs on your team that can use it.
Also, since vlad is more of a farming champ and has enough harass with just a hextech, I would suggest buying the hat before you get the rylai's, simply because you want the massive damage hat provides as quickly as possible.
lastly, since you are one of the people who are intelligent and buys a hextech on vlad, the HP regen yellows are a bit overkill. In the same area, the flat HP quints and Doran shield together are a bit overkill, you could either switch the quints for AP or the shield for something like an amp tome for the faster hextech or a boots start.
Otherwise, the main ideas of this guide are very good, +1 here
