Also note that Rylai's is only a 15% slow on multi-target spells and DoTs, meaning that Drain and Crowstorm would only proc that 15% slow. Your fear doesn't exactly need a slow behind it either.

I'm not sure about the errata on Dark Wind and Rylai's, but my intuition says it'd still be a 15% slow, not the full 35%.

Erm Haunting guise is actually pretty good.. espcially ealy-mid game.. I think it's worth the purchase on fiddle..
