Erm Haunting guise is actually pretty good.. espcially ealy-mid game.. I think it's worth the purchase on fiddle..

Rylai's only slows if the spell does damage.

I'm not sure about the errata on Dark Wind and Rylai's, but my intuition says it'd still be a 15% slow, not the full 35%.
