As for being squishy, the main point of attacking when using the Headbutt --> Pulverize combo is to do the combo, auto-attack, then back up. Heal then repeat until you bring them down for the kill. If they are trying to stay in range of exp when they're about to die from another combo, just flash in and punch their face with the combo. So even if you're squishy, you're not going to stay in for long anyways. Whatever you get tagged with after the auto-attack and running, you heal during the cooldown of your combo then come back in and do it over again. Also, if you get in a tight spot, you have the option of popping Unbreakable Will which is usually enough to get you out of whatever mess you're in. Don't be afraid to pop it when you have a lot of health left if it seems that you have no choice. Better be safe than sorry and have to B to lose a turret because you waited at the last minute.
I forgot to add in the guide, which I will later, that when it comes to buffs, he really shouldn't have any of them unless it's okay with everyone else. The reason for that is because I'd rather give the Blue buff to a support like Sona and a ranged can have the red like Ashe. They're going to be behind all the time. You won't need the buffs if your support is doing their job consistantly with blue and you have a ranged picking them off from behind slowing them with red.
Other than that, your build looks solid. Only problem I might have is that you're kinda squishy outside your ultimate until you get past your core build
