Been watching it off and on for the past 2 hours. It's amazing the things you can pull off in ELO hell, it's like playing co-op vs ai.

No. He's not "stuck" there. He was hacked down there. I actually think it will really prove his true strength as a player. It will also prove there is no "ELO hell".

Well, there still is ELO hell. But, it at about the 1200 range. You won't get past that unless you can carry almost any team.
